Information we may process
Website and server technical information
Our hosting environment may automatically generate technical server or access logs as part of normal operation. These may include IP addresses, timestamps and request details. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, session recording or visitor fingerprinting on this website.
Direct email correspondence
If you email us, we process the content of your message and email address to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of correspondence.
Telephone communications
If you call us, we may process your phone number and the content of the conversation for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
WhatsApp communications
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. Luxridge processes the content of the conversation for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
Prospective and existing client information
During engagements, we may process business information shared with us for the purpose of delivering consultancy services. This is governed by our engagement terms.
AI Readiness Assessment
The AI Readiness Assessment is designed so that individual answers are processed within the visitor's browser and are not intentionally transmitted to or stored by Luxridge. Assessment answers are not saved to a database, sent to analytics software or attached to contact links. If you choose to contact us after completing the assessment, you decide what information to share.
Third-party links
Selecting links to third-party services such as WhatsApp will take you to a service operated by another provider. That provider's privacy terms apply to your use of their service. Luxridge is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party communication providers.
Purposes and lawful basis
We process information for the purposes of responding to enquiries, delivering consultancy services and maintaining legitimate business records. The appropriate lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest or contract) depends on the context and should be confirmed by Luxridge with appropriate legal advice.
Service providers and processors
We may use third-party service providers for website hosting, email and communication tools. These providers process limited information on our behalf and under their own terms.
International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards should be in place. Luxridge should confirm the specifics with its legal adviser.
Retention
We retain correspondence and client records for as long as necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.
Your rights
You have rights under data protection law, including the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to object to processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above.
Raising a concern
If you have a concern about how we handle your information, contact us first using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
